Refunds are not eligible for personalized items. If there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact us to discuss the issue.

Typically, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures at marcy@bluelionproducts.com. We will discuss return shipping for defective or damaged items.
