One of our graphic designers will send you a mock up for your item prior to placing the item into production. Once you approve the design, your ordered item(s) and package(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our order Status page please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the message us button on our website and we update you on the status of your order.
A: We ship our products to you from Fargo, ND. It will normally take around 14 business days to receive your completed order. Please contact us using the message us button on our site prior to ordering if you need your items delivered sooner than 14 days.
A: No. We only ship domestically in the United States.
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
