One of our graphic designers will send you a mock up for your item prior to placing the item into production. Once you approve the design, your ordered item(s) and package(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our order Status page please email or use the message us button on our website and we update you on the status of your order.

A: We ship our products to you from Fargo, ND. It will normally take around 14 business days to receive your completed order. Please contact us using the message us button on our site prior to ordering if you need your items delivered sooner than 14 days.
